Tim Wynn is a composer of video game and film composer. Born in Long Beach, California, he graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in music composition. He has scored film and television projects since 1994, working first for the film company Concord/New Horizons. Most of his early roles were low-budget action flicks such as Strip Teasers, Terminal Virus, Recoil and The Prophet. Having contributed to a library, some movies featuring his music actually did not see him involved directly. He advanced his career in 1999 by forming the music production studio Sonic Fuel with fellow composer Christopher Lennertz and two sound engineers. He subsequently created music for several commercials and even composed for Alien Ant Farm but still composed few well-known television and film projects.

Wynn debuted the video game industry leading the score to The Punisher. He was later selected to work under Lennertz on GUN and Warhawk. In his biggest project to date, he created some humorous music for the levels in 2007's The Simpsons Game. Wynn has also managed to make some impact on the television industry, creating sensitive music for the documentary James Dean: Forever Young among others. While he has yet to lead a big budget project, he has contributed to around 20 episodes of Supernatural and created additional music for Dr. Dolittle 3 under Lennertz.

Wynn's latest project is Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3. Leading the four man score, his creations include the combat and location music for the Soviets and Allies. He blended elements of popular, orchestral, and ethnic music for these themes and also include choral elements featuring lyrics in their appropriate languages. He promised a stylistically diverse score that will adored by Red Alert music fans. While he had completed the score for Tiberium, the project has been cancelled. He will nevertheless feature on Red Faction: Guerilla in 2009. These big projects should ensure that he soon becomes a major name in the video game and film industries alike.
