Kevin McMullan joined the audio team at Ensemble Studios after they had already published a few titles. He somehow replaced David Rippy at his brother's side, now becoming the co-composer with Stephen Rippy, whom he knew since high school and have been in a band together. His introduction in the "Age" series was soft, without disturbing the installed style and following its evolution without trying to go in an opposite direction.
